As for actual critique, I'm no pixel art pro but there's tons of stray pixels, it feels like you just used a 1 pixel brush, for example the tail spade has tons of uneven pixels, giving it a serrated appearance, when I assume it's supposed to be totally straight. You need to have a consistent progress of pixels to fix this.
The shading is also inconsistent and almost pillow shading, there's some cue's that the light is coming from the front, but the shadow is also facing that direction?
if I could, I'd give better critique but as I said I haven't the foggiest about pixelart, though I think you could gain from improving your shading

I am no pixel artist at all, apologies for just painting over your pic but this is how I would add to it without any radical change to the pose.

Made the wings more curved and a bit more realistic, horns bigger and more apparent, changed costume to darker, almost black to provide contrast to the lighter background and red skin, added light colord (maybe bone) jewelry to provide more contrast even and make her look more classy, added more floating fires for extra magic effects but did not make any reflected light on the body.

I think the flames may be a bit too much I just put them on randomly maybe you could make a circle out of them as if she is juggling them or they are forming a magical ring or something.
