I enjoy getting likes. It gives me fleeting motivation. There's so much stigma around depending on likes for even the slightest bit of satisfaction, but I cannot deny that it's there. I feel terrible being a like whore.

I hate social media, when I was a teen I wasted my time posting shit, now I don't care for it but I know I should slowly start posting my work again to get some jobs.
Is behance for portfolio and insta for general stuff optimal? What do you use guys and how often do you post? I think the biggest problem is to keep posting regularly. How do you guys promote yourself and enjoy being a merchant/one man's business?

I had a small burst of motivation recently and I felt good about it until I realized I was only drawing for likes on social media and not because I really wanted to draw, so I got depressed and stopped.
