Yeah I'm 100% sure. I've been a huge fan of his for a while now. I think he's really influenced by Masamune Shirow and Otomo so he kind of dips in and out of this faux anime style in his sketches. SF3 and MVC2: Hell yeah, studied lots of Oro's Illustrations, cool how his muscles sort of sag. and yeah, i have some mvc(2) influence as well. (and lots of other fgs too)
