Why do you draw?

For me, it's because when I discovered I could draw a semi hot girl at the age of 12, I made it my goal to get really good at art so I could draw my own porn one day. You see, I'm really, really picky, and I can't stand any live porn and most drawn porn. Ten long years later, I finally achieved my goal today. I drew something that I was pleased with enough to fap to. I don't know whether it was because I drew a really good picture, or because degrading my own OCs felt really depraved, like some sort of perverted god, but whatever the reason it was enough. I can die happily now. I wish I still had my first drawing, but sadly, like all great works done by horny kids, it was discovered by my sister and I had to burn it before it could be found.

Because I've always liked drawing cool shit. I have doodles from where I was a 3 yrs old trying to do digimon and dragon ball z from the tv and I didn't even have a conscience back then. Then drew werewolves and other super powered shit fighting each other throughout elementary school. But never really considered myself an anime guy, I just flock towards the awesome but gladly I didn't focus on copying anime or else I'd have a very different life.

Ive been drawing for a long ass time and i think its when i first started creating stories and characters after a really hard artistic burnout that i relised that this is what i wanted to do with my life. Because I'm an autistic fuck who constantly fantasizes over ideas I want to make and the creative process is fun. But recently that hasn't been enough for me, since after becoming I an adult I started caring about how shitty my art actually is. Now just "being creative" isn't good enough, but grinding to actually git gud isn't fun enough. Guess I'm not gonna make it or w/e.

I started drawing because I really liked Batman the Animated Series. From there, I autistically tried to copy the bruce timm art style, realized i was complete garbage, gave up for a few months, stopped jacking off cold turkey and decided to use the time I would have spent beating my ding dong learning how to actually draw. From there, I would like to learn how to develop my own style and one day illustrate children's books and such. How goes you guys' pursuits?
