Have you considered just using Vectors? Learning Illustrator might be a better investment of your time if you dead ass cannot hope to improve your hand condition.

Your hands may be shaky because you are drawing too tense or you are too focused on being super accurate.

Draw loose, relax. Dont draw with firm hands unless you are doing really fine details.

I used to be really shaky when I first started drawing seriously. That ended up being my problem. I use minimal stabilization these days.
