photoshop is the only way

take a bucket of dark blue and splash it on the canvas
take a lighter blue and doodle until there is shit resembling clouds and trees from what's left of the dark blue
sprinkle some white and yellow dots for stars on the top half
put a big fucking brown trapezoid in the middle
give it some horizontal and vertical lines to make it a fence
take bluish grey and doodle some circles and oblates on bottom half for rocks, take darker gray and give them cracks
leave some dark blue for water
take dark green and chicken scratch some branches and grass
put in yellow light sources
make the area around them glow accordingly
don't forget to add it to water as well
open google
find your desired haremshit character art
shamelessly copy the poses and anatomy trace if needed, also use their own color palette
add some clutter
throw in some white smudges for steam and faint lines for waves
