i think you should work on two things in particular
1. edge control, give some things softer edges and some things harder edges, right now everything has the same rendering quality and is kinda mushy.
2. values. i really recommend looking into marco buccis ambient occlusion videos, theyre quite enlightening. also maybe start off with a more edgy, solid brush and go into the softer parts over time. just my ideas here
practicing general facial anatomy can also always help, but i dont think this looks bad.
i think your hair needs a better shape language though, right now it just feels all over the place.

You need to have SOME basic understanding, otherwise everything is lacking, so what's the point of listing all that needs to be fixed?
Go read the beginner books like Loomis etc you find in the sticky and get some basic skills from those. Also, don't try to focus entirely on anime, it's bad when you're no new because in order to stylize properly you need to understand real life. Draw anime on the side all you want, but study realism

well, the first thing that would come to my mind is that you should focus on really solidifying your drawings first. learn how to confidently draw your anime girls. look at drawings that you like and try to examine why they work and try to find confidence in your lines and sketching
then its much easier to approach painting and color. the green you picked for the hair feels like a particular problem, its an mspaint bright green that doesnt look vibrant and natural, just bad. try some more desaturated or mixed tones maybe. also gonna shill you some

2. marco bucci videos on ambient occlusion.
but really take time and study faces and art that you like and stylization will come more naturally and make more sense to you

Thing is, my eyes are always super messed up, one goes way too up, too small, and like that, I have to flipy flip the canvas a shit ton until It´s lookin good. And yes I know about the methods.

its really something that needs practice. canvas flipping is good, getting good eye symmetry is hard and even really good artists still flip their canvas around a lot. but what you need to try is using less lines, scribbling less. try to understand how the eye belongs there, dont think of it as just a 2d sticker. even in anime art.
its just hard pracitce and studying that will make this better, but it will eventually work if you keep at it and look at photos and drawings that you like. of course i recommend realistic fundies first, but if there are stylistic things youd like to learn i can also recommend just taking apart some anime art that you like to understand how it works

you'r right, they're too pale now. i wanted to have some fun painting over, so i didn't go back and re-apply the colors i'd blown out after level adjustments. i also wanted to make a point about applying those extra colors (like the pinks and purples) with subtley and purpose. As they are now, they look haphazardly/randomly slapped down.

your underlying knowledge of anatomy and drapery is very good. the end product just needs to be polished. needs some lovin.

His hand just disappears in her pants, there is no way that its inside of there, theres no room, also that his dick is sticking out of its pants isnt very readable but might be due to wip.

The whole image would probably be fixed if you move her up a bit, let her other thigh rest on his aswell, and dont make their arms overlap each other like you did with the crotch.
2 Things really:
You should work on his dick to make it appear larger or she woiuldnt be able to grab it like that, make it thicker and expecially show the urethra, the dick like it is looks meh. I dont know if that just aplace holder though.
And you should make his arm go beneath hers, so that his arm doesnt wrap around stomach and her arm at the same, and she actually has some room to make move her hand up and down. Also that beard looks digusting dude.

I agree that fundies must be learned to a minor extent, particularly gesture. But anatomy won't help for shit, as most of anime anatomy is omitted/incorrect.

Good anime requires a solid sense of proportion and perspective. Everything else is just a matter of flavor for stylization.

A lot of problems I see with noobwork is they pay no heed to line weight, crapping out fat, emotionless lines.

They tend to over render their their work, using 10+ more tones when they really only need 1. Their proportions are often wonky, which I guarantee you their work would look amazing if they could correct this issue. Their gesture is just awkward and boring. Anime is supposed to have sharp, linear gesture to project an exciting and moving aesthetic.

Fix these issues, and you will have even surpassed me, young padawans.

If you want to draw well in a reasonable amount of time, stop drawing anime and learn the fundamentals of anatomy and perspective. Can you draw 3d shapes from numerous perspectives? If no, you cant hope to draw a person with any depth. You are going to hear Loomis around here alot and its only kind of a meme. Its a great place to start. A gun is great to practice because its made of very clear simple shapes.

As for specifics, the gun has very little depth. It looks like a cardboard cut-out. And the girl is literally an outline.

Try to look at other artists and don't copy them but just to get a feel how the faces look when translated to anime... at least that's what I do... Sorry
Also, the face chin and basically, the whole skull structure is to harsh, try to make it more round leading to a pointy chin. try to have all the facial features on the bottom of the skull insted of being in the middle insted of being as well balanced as real faces

Mildly OK, but you do need to fix the asymmetry on the eyes (as we are viewing her whole body and more, the distance to the eyes is much greater than the distance between them, so the distortion caused by perspective should be almost invisible) and move the "cheekbone turn" (where it curves inwards) down to nose level. Feminine faces are also curvier than masculine ones.

Also use more contrasting values.

op's version laid out a decent under-painting, even if it's kind of chaotic. i blended the purples into some areas where they already existed, and took them out of areas that were too "busy" looking. i hope im not being too confusing

anime heads are made up of even more simple forms, maybe try looking at 3d modeled anime characters to try to wrap your head around the forms

ambient occlusion is just the places where the ambient light (which is like the only light source actually hitting your figure in this picture) cannot bounce into. the only places that this starts to be apparent in your picture are by the hands.

I don't see how it's useful to say anything to someone if they don't understand you and I feel like it's faster to write "ngmi" if you don't actually mean to say anything.

As it relates to semantics, I want to say that ambient occlusion refers more broadly to the fall-off of light at any point relative to an ambient light source.
I'm more used to "occlusive shadow" when it comes to the specifics of the "darkest darks", or the dude just says "the light's being occluded here"; sorta like how my blood vessels are being occluded by cancer cells as I write this.

As wikipedia(the best source) puts it, it's an "accessibility value" for light relative to the geometry of the environment, and it doesn't necessarily refer only to the darkest darks.

also OP I don't know what your light geometry is intended to be, so I just tossed in places where I thought light might be blocked and you can decide for yourself if you think it adds anything.

I explained ambient occlusion the way that I did because the meaning of the term is in the name and I was trying to convey that. ambient = ambient light. occlusion = blocked. the ambient light is blocked. in fact all light is blocked but with other shadows, the ambient light can bounce around in them.
