he made a soft light layer and changed its hue to orange color wanted over his greyscale painting

then he made hard or soft light layer to paint the blue tone that he then change to orange with hue slider but it looks like he didnt like it so he changed the blending mode to linear dodge (add)
im not gonna type out the rest cuz you can just pause the video when he opens blending modes and screenshot the names and then compare to list on your english photoshop and ull always know in the right corner of the screen what mode hes using by comparing the names :)
