Not gonna lie, there is some creepy shit in "Fun With A Pencil". Look at pic related. The stuff of nightmares. What is up with this guy Loomis? Earlier in the book there was a lot of retarded looking faces he drew and more. I liked his actual art, but I think I'm done with him and am probably not going to invest any energy into his later books now that I see the horror and just bizarre garbage that underlies everything he does.

Are there any books that teach a constructive method that is not influenced by LOOMIS at all? I am aware of Hampton. Is he influenced by Loomis?

Maaaybe Hampton, because his base is boxes rather than spheres like Loomis, or Huston, who likes Loomis but doesn't use his sphere construction, but the basics of construction are basically the same worldwide, use simplified forms you know how to draw in order to draw the complex ones.
