It's the colors. Everything is too saturated. Try using pastel colors.

Also, the dark tubes holding the pillars are messy as hell and none of them are aligned.

Technically there should be another pillar directly where the girl is, which would block her from view. I understand you didn't put it there for a reason but it leaves this feeling that something is missing.

Tip: use 1-2 saturated color only to accentuate an object, use too much on too much object to kill the picture.

Looking at the colours made me hurt. They don't compliment each others at all. The vibrant, bright orange takes all the focus of this and doesn't fit well with the whole scene. Not to mention you should lighten up the black kimono whatever, maybe use dark purple to fit the hair. I also want to mention how there is a huge clash of warm and cold colours, making this such a mess to the eyes to .look at. I suggest checking out some colour theory videos, as they can help you out picking colours. Try and stay on a palette, don't just put colours here and there. Don't feel afraid using unnatural colours as well! For example, I think this would fit a nicer tone if the sky was light pink and maybe the green was the same as well, it would bring out some sort of emotion on this, as otherwise, there is no emotion.

You don't understand perspective at all. Everything's tending to different vanishing points, and the figure, head especially, doesn't give the illusion of being a 3D object.
You don't understand color at all. It's a saturated mess because you're naively working in local colors (trees are green, skin is pale, poles are red!) instead of color relations and environmental lighting.
You don't understand anatomy at all. Judging by the state of those shoulders, and that face, that kimono is hiding a ton of errors.

There's simply a lot of things you're implementing that you don't understand, so do yourself a favour and drop this piece; its a concept of a level that you couldn't even begin to attempt, and even if you slave over it the end result will just disappoint you.
