Pic related is pretty good for Dynamic sketching kind of practice or just drawing on the go, the manufacturing quality and jap design make it just a pleasure to work with. Shame they don't have thinner nibs.

Also Noodler's Creaper is a very good fountain pen. Vilppu uses it in his nma demos and the low price is good at taking the pressure of using it away.

Shit's expensive, so naturally I have some concerns -
doesn't the thick barel feel awkwards af? Do you really have to hold it perpendicular to paper? Sounds utterly retarded tbqh

>doesn't the thick barel feel awkwards af?
No, it's actually just a little bit thicker than any regular pen. It probably looks to thicc on pictures because it's short.

>Do you really have to hold it perpendicular to paper?
Nope, from what I've heard that was rapidographs' problem.
My 0.18 isograph works at acute angles just fine.

G-Pens and Sakura Microns are all you need.

I'm quite fond of the Pentel Slicci .

Hella fine lines, hardly ever clogs, and last a hellova long time.

I'm much better and more comfortable drawing with a pen then a pencil. What does this say about my style and skill?

i don't know about skill but it could tell a lot about your personality. if you exhibit risk taking behavior in your art, i or anyone could easily accuse you of being a narcissist
as for style, i'd need to see your work before i make judgement. If you're confident with a pen then you most likely have clean and energetic line work, but that doesnt directly suggest skill level

This is the best roller of all time.

My stationery store stopped selling them and l feel like l’ve lost a dear friend.
