What kind of backround noises do you have when you are drawing? Some people need dead silence, other want music, be it with lyrics or not. Some heathens even have movies playing, podcast on or are watching YouTube while they draw. Find what works for you best. Try to be relaxed when you draw, try to drop all the garbage out of your mind when you get to work on your art.
