How do I stop feeling numb/getting pricking pain while in this position? it's kinda similar to how you hold the pencil and I need to overcome it to keep doing art.

apply less pressure on your pencil, do exercises before drawing (and after too if you feel like it), get a triangular pencil/a triangular rubber grip/a triangular mechanical pencil with a rubber grip, don't use the same hand for everything... for instance, if you draw with your right hand, try eating/using utensils with the left one. you might be applying too much strain on one hand only.
