No, I just saying if I had more than dollar store filberts with dry oil paint caked on them, I could create a better product (cleaner lines). My craftsmanship would improve but the skill level is still apparent however. I did painted a good product. Also if tools didn’t matter, they would not exist. Using better tools is a technical approach.
