Draw girls with clothes. And spend most of your energy on drawing the non-erotic areas of the female body. Also getting out of the habit of only drawing girls really helped me improve personally. Your brain might be associating drawing girls with sexual gratification. In turn making you addicted to drawing girls exclusively. hindering your progression. You need to re-wire your brain in a way so it rewards you for producing good pieces of art. You have to go through psychological hell, but this is absolutely necessary for improvement. Keep drawing untill you produce something that makes you proud every session.
