For me i personally started drawing Dynamic poses when i started reading up on Nsio's tutorials, I recommend starting with his tutorials, which are well done and easy to understand if your're serious.
You should also find some stuff in the artbook threads here and there.

The good ones for keyframes are ALL Japanese.

American artbooks for animation are all about concept art and technique, but if you want to see how the actual frames were drawn, you gotta look to Japan.

That can be a tall order, so check out Sakugabooru in the meantime.

Basically you have to start drawing things with a story or some intention. Not to say you have to write a comic but instead of approaching a picture as "I want to draw a pretty girl" you could approach drawing as "I want to draw someone making a pizza" or "I want to draw someone kickboxing". Go look up some videos of people doing that and do some fast little studies if you can't think of stuff from imagination. Just drawing people who have intent to their poses beyond looking sexy will massively help you improve this. Also learn how to draw the body in perspective.
