How do you guys set goals? I think I just draw when I feel like it and stop when I had my fill, so just like that my ideas are never big, just a simple illustration here n there, not really connected other than my identifiable hand.

I think the one thing that touched me on that vid was the concept of a 'perverted or shortsighted goal.'
I'm already scared of reaching too far so sometimes I barter with myself, but I realize that is short sighted and perverted, perverted because I'm pandering to my laziness and fears.
Grant sez: Git them monster goals and have discipline to follow them through.

Creative inspiration should be a constant-goal setter for you. I have a list of dozens of ideas for paintings and illustrations which will already keep me busy until I die.
