Look at how Loomis does cartoon heads, he adds cheekbones eyelids, eyelids, bags under eyes, eye sockets, cheek fat, eyebrow muscles, and lips. Preston Blair just does a few of those things and doesn't go full autist with planes like Loomis. Even then Anime is still more minimal than Preston Blair so why go full autist and learn all that crap Loomis shows you when Preston Blair shows you something simpler that is still steps above anime construction?

Yeah it has information on how Araki puts together a typical manga/comic page and how he shows a certain atmosphere or tone in his works. Fun with a pencil is a kid's book yes. Successful Drawing is good to start with, deals with seeing forms and applying it with linear perspective to anything at all. It's a dry read and all sounds oh-so-obvious, but applying it as you work is a different story entirely.

the front of the head is a plane, yes?
The face is parented to the front of the head, no?
A door can be conceptualized as a plane, correct?
A door rotates around its hinge axis, isn't it?
The foreshortening of the door makes it converge around its axis, maybe?
So the contents of the plane converges on the edge closest to the axis of rotation, peradventure?

Thus the eyes converge and foreshorten on the edge closest to the direction of the rotation?

If i turn my head to the left, are my eyes not therefore converging to the left? To the right, the right, and so on?

Eyes don't sit on a plane. They are inbetween two slopes. One slope goes up to the brows, one slope goes down to the front part of the face. Centerline is horizontal. Eyes are balls and the contact line between ball and slopes looks like an almond from the front, (actually like a teardrop since the horinzontal centerline moves outward.

Actual eye roundness depends on the inclination of each of the slopes
