I'd skip drawing on the right side of the brain anon, only the first couple of exercices are meaningful in this one and the rest if pseudo-science filling.
Hampton, Vilppu are good for figure drawing.
Scott Robertson for shading and perspective.

Anyone knows where I can purchase this Chinese / Russian school book? Just looking for good reference to copy from, I like the in-between steps and the hatching.

Don't bother buying books like Right Side, they're so basic, you'll atmost read them once and then never need to read them ever again

Books like Color and Light and Bridgman are more advanced and you'll find yourself having to spend many hours going through them and coming back to them again years later

So I've bought Perspective Made Easy by Ernest Norling and I've got Bridgman's Constructive Anatomy on the way, but what would you guys recommend to somebody who is very proficient in stylised illustrations but completely skipped out on fundies in childhood/teens, thus rendering their grasp on perspective and form completely shite? I finally want to get serious.
