I'd say these are quite average, my dude. Anyway, I gave you the names of artists who can draw feet really good. Just go to danbooru, open their pics, and try to emulate what they do. If you want to draw feet like in your pic, then simply search for "barefoot -bad_feet" and look for similar results. I haven't encountered a guide for drawing feet like in your pic, but it's not like I ever bothered to look for such a guide.

The elbow of the far hand should protrude upwards a bit more. The horns aren't positioned symmetrically (the closer one is almost at the center of the face while the other one grows from the side of her head, probably a bit above the level of the other one). Remember to add eyelid crevice lines. between the eyebrows and the eyelashes. Going by the angles of the cam and their opening, they should be just a bit above the eyelashes. Btw, I'd say it's better to point out that eyelashes are sets of pointy things, not just some lines surrounding the eye. Just a bit of short "spikes" will do fine.

stop drawing in MS Paint. Work on your line art, specifically with weight. Objects closer to the camera will have thicker lines than objects further away. Right now, you hand overlapping the body doesn't stand out because of it.

Work on your head construction. Whilst JOJO is kinda bizarre, it's not as badly done as this on the faces/heads/etc.

There's a shitposter who loves to lurk this thread in particular for some reason. He's some salty weeb from /a/ who very likely doesn't even draw. He seriously just sits around starting shit, shitting on other people's stuff, impersonating other artists, and trying to start fights. It's one person, and I'm starting to get good at pinpointing his posts based on his writing style and language.

You'll mostly see him in anime-related threads on here. He used to post in the How to Draw anime threads before they got canned, again, trying to start shit, and in the Shounen Manga competition threads. He's also been a regular shitposter on this thread for well over three years now I'd say. I've not once ever seen them post art, or any work of their own.

My advice, just ignore them. You'll start to notice certain patterns if you pay attention. It's not worth giving them the (you) the seem to crave so much.

I think I know who you're talking about, and I'm 99% sure it's Maldraw. I'm almost 100% certain he's responsible for most of the shitposting on /ic/. From the, "how do I draw X" to the "can I draw duh duh duh" threads with shit art. To impersonating Illistrat, DA artists from Sycra's forums, and /ic/-known regulars. He also used to get into arguments with himself in the past to start flame wars, and then he started doing it while pretending to be other people.

I've seen him post on /v/ and /pol/ as well. On /v/ he'll make Twitter screencap threads screening his own twitter opinions, and on /pol/ he was trying to shill his shitty comic. He's a massive weeb too, so no doubt he was in both those threads. Dude has a major boner for wanting to be famous too, it's like he's trying every tactic he can think of, but he's quickly becoming one of the most recognized and hated shitposters on all of 4chan.

Apart from the critique that other anon made, there are plenty of anatomical issues. Namely the shoulder to hip ratio, I get that you like thicc thighs but you need to make sure the rest of the body is appropriately thick. The legs are way too short. Many of the faces do look a bit placeholder even if those are gestures. I've got ideas about what I like but I guess I'm afraid of committing since I feel my visual library is small, or something.
