Sunibee

He's got a Wacom Bamboo Fun which is one of the smallest tablet you can find
He also uses Sai, which is a really lightweight program, for alot of his art he works at really low res resolutions, sometimes even 800x600, his monitor resolution is almost 800x600

Great artist, he draws lots of fucked up shit though so prepare your eyes before searching him up

Your question is about making good art with bad tools and the answer is absolutely yes, Frazetta supposedly made a real nice painting using a dollar store watercolour set for kids, Dave Rapoza did a portrait using a dick brush, Bridgman drew his anatomy drawings with a big stick on a wall, and probably more examples,

Even the most basic tools we have nowadays are leagues above what was avaliable over 100 years ago and they made great art back then
Keep drawing, there is a level of satifaction that comes from making something cool with shit tools

what does a big tablet do for you? so far I haven't found any limitations on a small tablet.
I have pic related.

It allows for more precise movements as a result of having more surface area. It's nice to have but not necessary. This is especially good for people who draw with sweeping arm motions. I'm saying this as a guy who switched from a medium-smallish tablet to a big one out of curiosity.

Small tablets are mostly for finishing off a drawing that is scanned in lineart.

you can only really get your lines right when you are zoomed in. Won't work well for lineart

The Colors 3D gallery is full of drawings made in small 240p resistive touchscreens with no pressure sensitivity.

Not spectacular but rather impressive

Thanks for the concern /ic/ friend. Will take heed.

The tablet is no limitation, the monitor is. I have an old monitor that displays colors incorrectly and lacks red so it's hard to get skin tones correctly.

they are if you don't take breaks and do stretches every hour.

and don't wet your hands after hours of drawing. idk why but it'll make your muscles lose elasticity and give you varicose veins
