At first I thought that Alphonso was a decent solid artist that just was good at explaining things. Then when you realize that he does most of his explanations and drawings in pen and try to sketch like he does you realize he's actually an incredible draftsman. He's the first Youtuber to really show me that it's really all about understanding the concepts and practicing slowly and deliberately is the key. Before I just used to mindlessly grind which only gets you so far.

A lot of people are gonna think she's meme tier, but she's honestly a genuinely respectable artist. Sure, it's not the kind of draftsmanship that the other links here showcase, but her level of creativity and charm is pretty dang good. I recommend watching her 500 prompts series.
