are you aiming to develop your own style or to emulate something in particular? I can appreciate the cleanliness of your coloring, however i recommend you to review your line work. Every line seems like an individual stroke and it doesn't have that fluid feeling to it. I can see that you lazied a little the eyes.

coloring's clean and has an OK set of colors, but the anatomy is all over the place. The head doesn't fit correctly in the hair, so I would suggest drawing the entire head instead of just the visible part. THEN go over it with hair and erase the remaining lineart. The nose is low on the face and could be higher, and the hands are incredibly small. Lineart's a bit messy, though it is smooth. Try to make sure lines don't make an X or Y when overlapping. Make it look connected, but keep the edges sharp. Also, the open eye has that weird pupil/highlight in it. If it's a highlight, don't add the orange or black lines. It makes it look amateur at best. If it's a pupil, make it circular (unless it's meant to be diamond shaped), clean the lines up and either get rid of the orange outlining or make it a softer glow with an airbrush or something. Also, something I rarely see in beginner work is the closed eye actually being where it's supposed to be! Good job on that one.
Finally, the right horn is a bit too straight and sharp. Try making it more like the one on the left.
The colors themselves are alright, though they do lack a bit of contrast. If I were you, I would add a brighter color somewhere, or change a color already there (maybe the blue to match the eyes). If you want to give it a softer and cuter feel, try coloring the lineart a darker and more saturated shade of the color (you can see this in a lot of digital art). Last of all, try shading it, but not with black! Try using a purple color to shade, and setting the shading layer on... well, shade.
