Like anything else, you draw them analytically from reference/life a lot and try to figure out which lines are the most important and which ones you can omit. I'm assuming you're a foot fag. Keep a file of attractive feet drawn by different artists and you'll eventually be able to figure out some common themes.
I make a living doing porn commissions and I keep files for different body parts for reference and continual improvement.
