Hey guys, I'm drawing on a tablet for the most part and I was wondering if you guys knew of any good roomy desks with lots of elbow room in the $300 ish range tops, I'm using my tablet on my keyboard tray atm and my elbow kind of hangs off it and it's shitty

This thing is the best if you don't have a shit load of room (or money).

I use a dining room table for a desk, alongside my drafting table and easel. It's deep, plenty of room for my Cintiq and computers (Windows and Mac laptops), and still enough room for general tasks.

The cheapest desk I ever had was in college - it was a smooth hollow core door someone put on the curb for the trash, and I put it on top of 8 milk crates I yoinked from the grocery store, 4 each side, 2x2. Turned out to be a pretty nice desk, all things considered, and teh crates were great for storage. I had to screw the crates into the bottom of the door, so it wouldn't slide around. Now, if I did it again, I'd take the door and buy some legs at IKEA for it. Or I'd look on Craigslist for people selling tables and drafting tables cheap.

Standing desk. No joke, sitting too long is bad.
