Is it possible to internalize anatomy and just learn intuitively by tracing? This way you produce work AND study at the same time, instead of grinding boxes endlessly.

I have a program where you can model and pose some figures in 3d, and a shit ton of pictures of women from tumblr to instagram and is kind of helpful if you don't want to hit your head in the desk when you wanna try to draw more challengly poses. Mostly the stuff i draw from my head are pretty much from a pretty small library of pre-determined poses i find more easy to draw. but the thing is if you want to heavenly use references you pretty much must know about the fundamentals and anatomy to make it more appealing anyway. I mean, if you simply take a photo, and trace it, it will look terrible no matter what. But if you take what have you learned and draw the same pose in a more appealing way it will look much better than just straight tracing...
