Yes, the head size is the main thing that sticks out.
The hands and forearms are also drawn with a lack of tapering and a unpronounced bone structure overall that makes them look stubby and child like. It's just baffling to me that anyone, on a art forum of all places, could have the sheer nerve to claim that this is supposed to be a drawing of an adult.

So just a thought, do you think that practicing in ink exclusively would make you a better artist? And no, I don't mean inktober. I feel like it would be a great exercise since you'd have to basically start over after every major fuck-up, unless you're a cunt who uses whiteout on a practice drawing. I feel like it'd be easier to notice mistakes. Granted, it would likely be much easier to make mistakes because you could get inside your own head about the "no take-backs" mentality. But once you get past the jitters with that I bet it'd make a huge difference.

No, because you don't actually start over, you just do fuzzy lines. It's terrible and actually makes you think less because ink isn't as forgiving as graphite and will show with even the smallest off stroke. Only way it would work is if you have the patience to really think out your lines, but that's too difficult for beginners who can't even draw precisely. Can't even draw a straight line. It's more helpful to do ink if you're more along the line and past the beginner stage. Same result though with or without ink that you'll think your lines more so it really really doesn't make too much of a difference. So no, you're not better. But ink does look good, so there's that.
