There are too many art courses and workshops that cater to the general population in the introduction of art. (Especially in online platforms)

So how does one find a reputable/worth workshops and courses in their area to actually invest money and time in?

OP Here,

Shot into the dark, but if anyone has some recommendations of good workshop/courses in the Anaheim, CA area. That would be especially helpful!

Look at the instructor's works.

Look at the student works.

Also use Instagram and search for the school's hashtag, you should be able to find something from either the students or instructors.

So Cal is an insanely good place to learn art, there's fine art and concept design schools all around. Brainstorm, CDA, Kazone for entertainment design, Watt's Atelier, Safehouse Atelier, LAAFA, Art Mentors for fine art and figure drawing.
