Hi /ic/. Sorry if it seems like a self promotion but this artist used to be one of my favorites on dA growing up. back in 2009 or so? (I'm in my early 20's now)

I haven't seen her works in years, I come to these recently and I have noticed a great deal of improvement in her works. Over the years I've moved on regarding inspirations of course, but at times I like to look at my old ones back in the day. Her, and her friends, Dreachu and Tinachan90, inspired me to create art.

Speaking of one of her friends Dreachu, one of these pieces includes her OC (herself?). although personally, I do not like this one in particular. The proportions and colors are not very good

On topic, though, I'd say some of my biggest influence apart from that group has also been the circle between AtlasNir, TokiMekiWaku, etc, who tend to draw anime more stylized and fluffier.

I'm also influenced by Halloween the Holiday and it's inspired me to create monsters based around that holiday. There's some decorations of a Halloween town at Michaels that I want to take pics of for reference.

In terms of who influenced me before I would say Pokémon, Anime (in general), and Warrior Cats animators like Allikatnya and Flightfootwarrior but both seem to have turned Tumblr in recent years in terms of gender identity and politics.
