I found Nathan Fowkes' videos unbearable. He speaks so fucking slowly and goes on boring tangents all the time. I can normally follow lessons but his just knock me out asleep.

I am currently trying to ''feel'' gestures and form. I utterly suck at drawing from life too. My only artistic skill right now is being able to draw shit to scale in perspective, basically. Given this, which website and tutor would you guys recommend me?


I figures, Vilppu (for figures). But, what about learning how to draw from life?

Schoolism has a gesture class. I personally didn't like it as it didn't feel all too practical.

NMA has tons of gesture videos. And then there is this site https://www.drawingforce.com which recently got a makeover. Vilppu is all you really need in the beginning.

I tried it before the website makeover. The videos were a jumbled mess because there were hundreds that weren't really in any chronological order. I don't know if he fixed that issue.
