so one thing i find helps a bit in self-confidence is just drawing for the sake of drawing even if it's all terrible. just putting pencil to paper is sometimes an obstacle in itself.

SO please request me to draw anything. i promise it will be terrible. if you want to join me, that would be awesome too.

draw 25 60 sec guesture drawings on pose maniacs. then draw 25 heads, then 25 hands and 25 feet. also 60 secs each. then open a loomis book, draw all the drawings in that. also when he tells you to draw some from imagination using what you learned from copying him.
