Yeah it's not talent that holds artists back yknow so this wouldn't work unless you're already extremely popular on your own.

The artists also will probably tell other artists (there's sites for saying who is and isn't safe to commission or be commissioned from) and eventually no one will draw for you without recognition for their own work.

However if you were to gather some artists together to form a group and make a patreon you all share from then that would possibly be a good and fair way since you'd have 2x (or however many you get on board) the promoters, more content etc
