is it because of the lighting and color tone are too bright? or because the lack of dark value?

I feel that i can use alot more dark shadow.

Cause it's shit, you can't draw, and you're 14 at best.

It's because the underlying anatomy and proportions/construction aka the actual drawing part looks like shit. As the saying goes, you're polishing a turd

Here is last drawing I made, still look like shit, but I think it looks less childlish, maybe because of the theme of darkness and shit?

Because you are drawing like a child. In your drawing everything is flat and out of proportion. You may be rendering symbolic pieces of each part to each object. But they must all be in harmonic proportion. They must all make sense by size, and perspective.

You are using too much of the same color with little to no contrast, there isn't any clear message or intent behind the characters' movements (they just seem to be running around), there are quite a bit of anatomical mistakes in the figures, and your usage of colored pencils(?) without overall polish or rendering make it seem like a high effort notebook doodle in general.

From a bystander's perspective, it just looks like a bunch of military dudes arbitrarily strewn across the picture, and even that is hard to figure out at first glance. Instead of going for the "montage" imagery you seem to be going for, I suggest you stick to one of the various images on the page and depict THAT as a standalone piece.

yeah. Trying to make a collage, but not effective. Maybe draw larger with less figure.

I always wonder why my characters looks so flat.
