This is one of my favorite artist, but something looks off about her work.
But i can't figure it out. Can you?

Off the top of my head, both abdomens seem to have very inconsistent shapes (Lapis has a huge ass, Peri has a huge mons), as the other guy mentioned, Lapis' neck is broken, the umbrella rod isn't finished above Peridot's hand, and her legs appear to be two very different sizes. There's probably more but I'm at work

The blue girl's neck is snapped, as the other anon said. There's a random crease for the sake of defining her butt that defies gravity and motion of the fabric. The colors are flat. The composition is badly cropped. That's about all I can think of.

It's the inking.

The lines are stiff and lifeless, which is the most notable with the folds of the clothing.

You can just see that he/she ctrl+z's the shit out of the inking which when combined with the strong, full black lines and lack of proper usage of line weight makes the drawing just look boring and flat.

Maybe it's that the corn was either A) planted in the wrong season, or B) the corn isn't showing any signs of having corn. I mean, there is a more then mature pumpkin roaming about and it takes more time for that to mature than corn.

I'm fairly new to drawing and I'm getting a sense of what's fucking terrible and what isn't, and while I knew the linework was bad, I didn't know why.

The composition is poorly done. The eye is led around in a circle, so the focus of the piece is the empty spot in the middle - which is for some unexplicable reason lighter in value than the rest of the background, so the eye is drawn to it more. That, and her values are all equal across the figures, which flattens it.
