Sycra draws like a professional and yet people says he draws like an amateur. People say it's because he's popular, well there are a lot more popular artists who don't get as much shit as him. People say it's because he's bad, well there are a lot worse artists who don't get that much shit.

Her forehead, her neck, her shoulders, there are soft edges everywhere. You do realize that you don't need to have a soft brush to make soft edges, right? She's clearly using low flow hard brush strokes that flow into each other with soft tonal transitions, creating different edges as compared to say the cast shadow areas.

Honestly not sure what the hell you are going on about. If anything, most artists these days are TRYING to avoid the typical digital softbrush look because it looks fake and shit. Harder brushes create more interesting textures and a more painterly look.

Sycra was cool for a brief moment. Then he came out and talked about his mental issues, which was fine. I identified with him a bit, and it was an interesting story, made me feel for the guy. He should have ended it there, now he has this video series called Sycralogical problems, and never stops talking about his problems. It made me unsubscribe, his channel has become more of a cry for attention at this point and is no longer about art.

This is why i deleted all my social media accounts. In this day and age, everyone wants to complain, and constantly announce their goals they spend more time talking about than working towards, and overexpose themselves, then whine some more.
