it is really good for learning how to draw from reference and developing your critical eye, but a lot of the book is just discussion about neurology, overall not a meme but there are probably better books out there.

There's an image that get's posted around here every now and then that perfectly sums up everything useful from the book. You'd be better off with that and Keys to Drawing than having to sort through all the nonsense in RIght Side.

Anything and everything is a meme is called a meme. Now, is it a good book? Yes. It'll make you able to draw even if you didn't know how. If the book doesn't work for you, then you are probably brain damaged.

Nope, it made me realize I CAN draw.

I'm on the upside down copying of drawings at this point and it's made me realize I can draw. I used to draw stick figures. Now I want to learn more.

This is the perfect book for normies if they want to get into drawing.
