Why can't I draw? This is my first drawing ever (I'm not a kid I've just never drawn before.)

It was made with MSPaint on a Laptop with no mouse.

It still shouldn't be this bad though... any tips on what to improve in the basic sense?

I'm not even a "beginner" I just really wanted some specific advice to help grow quickly because my drawing skills now make me look like a retard. I learn fast though, so very soon I should be getting better now that I've just begun.
