I do think so
I love how they talk about deep complicated themes with a looney tunes way (spying, censorship, wealth of veteran soldiers, fear in the battlefield, etc.), I love seeing classic animators drawing semi realistic females, soldiers and weapons, how is it looking into the psyque of a soldier in WW2, how it presents some interesting aspects of military, and just how good is over-all just by its execution alone.
The only downside is that is in black and white so I can see people driven away by it.
