Tell him this has been an ongoing thing that has affected your life and your grades, and you're currently experiencing depression because of it. You'll get sent to a psychiatrist, tell him the same again and there you go. Prescription on first appointment easy.

You can also buy Modafinil from online Indian pharmacies. Many people use that and they seem quite reliable, but you'll have to search that on your own.
