So I really want to see at which level should I be if I want to make a $200-dollar-worth picture, based on the Illustration Freelance Rates per hour shown on the left.

That should be about 13 hours of work, at $15 per hour, considering I'm the most amateur of all illustrators.

Being undercut by DeviantArt artists isn't a problem: they're not professionals, and the people commissioning them aren't professionals. That's not even amateur, that's just people dicking around.

The TPP may have protected domestic IPs but it also opened up the floodgates to more of that "free trade" that would probably be the final nail in our manufacturing base's coffin. At least that's what I'd been led to believe.
