You are not imagining well enough if you can't draw it. Pay attention to what stuff looks like. Don't just look, try to understand.

Draw from your imagination and compare it to a reference. This will help you see the weak points in your understanding. Pick one of these weak points and study it. Work hard, and you'll be impressing normies in no time.
