schemes or easy ways to learn the muscles of the body in drawing ?

I learned to draw the muscles from a guy named Riven Pheonix in LA. He has a set of lectures floating around on the muscles, you might be able to find a torrent. He's a great teacher and I recommend him as a good starting point.

Anatomy for sculptors by Uldis Zarins.

Download a couple reference pictures and trace the muscles over them, reffing the anatomy book.

Don't get too distracted by the long names. Big muscles are simple forms (I.E: Gluteus maximus, deltoids...) Smaller groups of muscles are simple forms, too.

That's not at all how other teachers work. Use a good source like Hampton/Peck/Bridgman/Bammes/Bustos. The Vilppu "feel it" thing is in reference to gesture, not memorizing muscles, and it's take nout of context. Vilppu has a lot more to say on drawing than just "feel it".
