VERY new to 4chan (don't know what I'm doing), and quite new to drawing, especially digitally.
I drew a portrait, for the sake of practice.

-About 2.5 hours
-Using Krita
-On a Ugee G3 graphics drawing tablet, on a hp laptop

Any and all critique/constructive critisism appreciated, trying to improve as best I can.

(yes I'm a filthy homestuck)

Hi, welcome to our board. People are gonna be rude about it otherwise, so, just to let you know right off the bat, we have threads dedicated to posting work and asking for critique, divided into skill levels. By this board's levels, you'd get the best critique in the beginners' threads.

The sticky is a great place to start for digital drawing resources and learning the board's conventions, so I'd recommend checking that one out too.

On a more specific note, memes aside, i'd recommend Loomis for you. You draw neatly and have a grasp of decent color choices, but the forms are off, and look of symbol drawing. Construction and planning is where you should focus your learning efforts, rather than more polishing.

Wtf, are you under 12 yo?
You aren't allowed in this board, son; there are tits and penises and all sort of stuff children should not see.

Just a crappy artist, that never really had any talent or drew at all before a few months ago. All the experience I've had is trying to teach myself somewhat recently.

Read up on some loomis, and try doing some gesture drawings here and there.

As for the picture you posted, the neck on the character isn't very good. The protruding muscle looks strange on his more toony form, and though that muscle should be connecting to his left collar bone, with how it's drawn it looks like it'd connect to his right, which is a bit wonky looking.

Good luck on your journey. Also 4chan is full of assholes. You really don't wanna stick around.

I take to the character , I think you have communicated he's emotion well done, neck and bridge of nose are a bit oddly shaded

these people bang on about all sorts of stuff but go with what you feel is right

Study anatomy, proportions and rendering. For instance, the sternocleidomastoid (the long thin muscle on the neck) connects to the bulbous end of the collarbone, but in your drawing it just awkwardly trails off into the throat. The ear is far too small, it should extend from about the height of the bottom of the nose to the brow. And as for rendering, using a wide range of values (lighter highlights, darker shadows, general regions of lighter and darker values), especially in the skin, would make it look less flat. Subtle variance in the hues/saturation across the face (even on gray skin) would also add realism.
