you should go to beginners thread until you learn how to draw 3d form properly. learning anatomy, REAL anatomy will also help make your artwork better, so you know how to form the head and the body. also work on your lineart

is that supposed to be your light source? first of all, your shading is really sparse and i honestly didn't tell you had any at first. its almost like, why did you bother. second, you should implement some more contrasting values in your work, so that the lights are light and that the darks are very dark. you gotta exaggerate the values to make the shading stand out more
