Her art hasn't improved in over five years, maybe more. Her coloring is the only thing that's gotten better and even there she doesn't expand beyond a few techniques.

I'm honest to god curious what she does for a living because she doesn't seem to do many commissions. Last I knew she was an art teacher for like preschool children.

Angus Oblong created Creepy Susie, so if that person isn't Angus Oblong, he didn't design Creepy Susie.

The only exception would be if he worked on the show during its production and thus had a hand in tightening her design? but if you look up the book and Angus Oblong you'll see her design was pretty set from the time the book was made, way before the show was even a thought.
