When it comes to perspective, how you do you go about achieving a realistic perspective/scene? Using 1/2 point obviously aren't realistic as nothing in the real world ever really lines up perfectly.

Convincing perspective is a camera illusion. You are tricking the viewer into believing there is a consistent 3d space in your image.

For realistic scenes, you can probably get away with 2 point as the vanishing points are pretty far apart.

Adding the third point is harder, but in the end more convincing of a camera lense effects

Don't be an idiot.

The world exists in infinite point perspective, we use 2 point only for rectangular objects that are aligned on the same plane. Like streets and building interiors.

Point perspective is literally only ever useful for man made structures that conform to strict lines.

For everything else just imagine them fitting into the orb of your field of vision in a perfect sphere.
