Yeah invoices don't really change anything, you cannot completely hide your signup name unless you choose to commit fraud and send paypal a forget document proving that you changed your legal name to anony-mousse. not sure that's a risk worth taking for anyone considering making a living or atleast a reasonable monthly earning with porn comissions...

I was not able to create my account with a fake name. Had to provide proof of legal name that matched with the bank account I linked to the PP account. Every other info is fake and apparently that's not a problem. The email cannot be withheld from a client, but i signed up for the account with designconsultingbingo@something so that's cool.

Today I saw a piece of artwork by an artist acquaintance of mine that just left me so unbelievably envious that it made me depressed and angry at myself. The line weight, the contours, motion, colors, even the line art had variations of color something that I have no clue how to do yet, and his mastery of anatomy was so spot fucking on and a perfect blend of realistic anatomy and stylization. I want to get as good as him so fucking bad it hurts but im so filled with determination to practice, I just want to practice constantly now but i dont know exactly what to work on. Hey there, I'm that artist acquaintance of yours you're writing about right now. Listen, I appreciate the kind words you're trying to write about me like this, but I wanted to point out a few things before someone else reads this and thinks of my ability to draw like its this, unattainable fairy tale floating around in the heavens like a holy grail just waiting to be discovered.

You mention these things about me and I wonder, how could you think of me like that, when we're both love the same thing? I'm no better than you in any way, yet, you look at me as if I'm better than you. You shouldn't.

You know that artist who is always practicing and failing, but never gives up on what they love to do, you know, the ones who just keeps drawing over and over, the ones always trying different things and never sticking to just one particular drawing ability, those who aren't afraid of taking a risk?

Guess what, we are those very same artists. Yeah, the very ones in the same.

I drink from the same holy grail as you do but, I make no illusion about what we're drinking. There is no holy grail. It's just a glass full of flavored water.

Protip: They're pointing out some possible boundaries you could consider crossing, not flaws.

The flaw occurring is your lack of stepping back and realizing "hmm, multiple people keep focusing on my faces as though they are the same in every picture I draw, maybe I need a bit of variation in that area of my work! I'll take some time to work on faces that don't all look like the same angle/nationality/expression each time I draw them.".

This is the fun of critique, it can be agreeable, harsh, or unwanted, but you yourself are the one that has to choose whether or not it's useful to you as an artist.

I'm quite sure that anon isn't writing these comments to "feel better about their-selves", but more-so they just want to drill the point into you until you step back and look at it from outside of the box. Whether or not you do this is fully up to you.

It's been more than one of us pointing this out btw. Take this any way you want, but I only have good intentions while writing this. I hope you can reflect on it a little perhaps. I really enjoy your art btw.

Her elbow looks a little broken to me. I think you were trying to make it look like her shoulders are contorted at a different angle than her hips with the left shoulder higher than the right, but it doesn't show. It looks almost like her shoulders are parallel to her ass, which is what makes the arm placement feel weird.
