Saying art is about what you feel, is a very shit way to think of things. Personally what I strive for in art is to create my own world. And even while angry, sad, or happy, it never changes what i'm going to draw next. Sure maybe you take art as a way to express how you feel, but plenty of others use it in completely different ways. I mean when some fuck draws a 9 foot tall lizard man, the hell is he feeling? Only answer I can think of is he is feeling like drawing a god damn 9 foot tall lizard. But that's a different way of 'feeling' than what most consider at first glance.

What art is actually about, is expression. Art can be about expressing your ideas, emotions, beliefs, worlds, and many other things. Its whatever you want to put on paper. If I want to draw a chick with a dick, I will. If I want to draw Jesus, I will. If I want to visualize the emotion I am feeling, I will. These are all different ways of expressing, yet all can be called art.
