The color palette is very brillant and minimalistic. The contrast adds to the intensity of the drawing and you've followed the rule of thirds in your own way. The eye adds an unnerving tone to the mood of the painting which is better defined as "thrilling". The green bamboo canes remain a mystery as they blend into the soil with no defined lines. Do you have an impresionist background as a painter?
