While I guess selling your soul to the devil will help your sales, you should look at smaller LPers. The ones who have between 50k-500k subscribers, and focus on non-AAA games. They tend to have a slightly older audience than the 12-year olds who watch markiplier and PDP, so you'll likely get more sales per view.

This is the dumbest shit I've ever read. Large legs is not a feminine feature, and she doesn't actually have a particularly narrow waist. Furthermore, ripped guys have comparable narrow waist, due to their massive shoulders, though this depends on style. Arnold is a prime, real life example.

Yes, and it supports absolutely nothing you said. Or are you perhaps unaware of the fact that the feet, calves and ankles are part of the legs?
Furthermore, it describes the thighs as flatter and wider, not freakishly huge. Men have a higher total muscle mass in the legs, just like the freakishly muscluar Makoto in the sprite. Aside from having breasts, there's really no indication that she's female.

Chun Li is a far better example of a female design that both incorporates exaggeration and muscles. Makoto looks like an extremely muscular, deformed teenage boy.

Here's my two cents

First of all, definitely lose the dithering. Unless you're doing a very large sprite, it really isn't necessary and gives you really nasty looking texture where a smooth shadow will be more appealing.

Secondly, I enlarged her arm/ hand. If her arm were unfolded, her wrist should be about mid hip length.

For the legs, (I'm no good at legs/ feet either, forgive me) I spread them apart so she seems a bit more stable. She seems to be in a active/ enthusiastic pose anyways so I felt it fit more.

Lastly, just lose the highlights on the skin. They're distracting and unnecessary unless she is really sweaty/ covered in oil. I find many beginners doing it and it really lowers the appeal of the piece

Hope this helps! It's a great start either way.

lots of grass tutorials out there, try searching pixelation's forums. I think they look like leaves because the blades are fat and large, nearly identical to the leaves on your tree. think more about creating a dense overall texture than detailing a few individual blades. border tiles for the grass could show the sides of the grass shooting up, like you see in a wheat field, instead of overhanging leafs like kudzu.

MS4 sucks. Pirate it.
It's not worth more than $10, don't buy it for anything more, it really sucks. It doesn't even come with an eyedrop tool, and you can't paste between programs so you'd have to export every time you want to get an image out of MS4.
What you do to get dithering is you make a black only layer, then make a colored layer. On the colored layer you choose any color between black and white, and if you use that color on the black layer, it comes out dithered. You can't change colors on the black layer.
